SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your printer toner, fax, or copier cartridge, ink ribbon, printer parts, tool kit, or DVD training order will normally be shipped the same day as ordered if received by noon Central time. Orders placed after noon Central time may be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or legal holidays. Orders are usually shipped by Fed-X or UPS. You should select your preferred method of shipping during checkout of your order.
We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered outside of Texas.
Printer toner, fax, or copier cartridges, ink ribbons, printer parts, tool kits, or DVD training orders to our overseas military customers will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, so please note that shipping method under comments during checkout.
We ship from a variety of locations across the United States, and depending on stock will expedite your order by shipping from the closest location to your destination address. My Tech Guru does not manufacture or directly stock most products that we sell. Orders are usually filled from our preferred vendor warehouses. This "just in time" approach to inventory control alows us to negotiate the best pricing from our specially selected, preferred vendors.
If you order more than one item and we cannot expedite shipping, we may at our option, split the order. If we do this, it would be only to decrease the shipping time to you and we would never increase your cost of shipping.
Our average shipping time is 2-3 business days, but each order can vary dependent on the details of the order. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 5 business days to arrive unless there is an exception.
Your shipping charges appear on the Shipping Information page before you enter your payment information.
