My Tech Guru warrants each toner/drum cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Inkjet cartridges are guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase.
Copier supplies are guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase.
If any My Tech Guru supplied cartridge is found to be defective within the warranty period, My Tech Guru will replace the cartridge.
My Tech Guru warrants each printer part to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty is the only warranty, either express or implied. My Tech Guru's liability in connection with your purchase from this web site is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective product, and/or repair of the printer or copier.
OEM products are warranted by the original equipment manufacturer. You should contact the OEM directly for any issues associated with an OEM product purchased from this web site.

If you are not completely satisfied with our DVD video training products products within the first 30 days of your purchase, you will be given a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are only refundable if the order is canceled prior to shipping. All items must be returned to receive a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number, and insuring the package for the purchase price. This policy does not apply to any additional services such as onsite training, custom DVD compilation, downloadable and instant access products, or onsite video production, etc. All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 30 days from the receipt of the product; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Downloadable service manuals are only warranted to be the service manual for the printer model that you purchased. My Tech Guru did not create these service manuals, and in most cases, they are produced by the OEMs directly. If the service manual that you download is not the service manual that you purchased, please Contact Us so that we can get the correct service manual to you as quickly as possible. Obviously, in the case of downloadable service manuals, there is nothing to return. If you seek a refund for a downloaded service manual please email us with your order date, reason for the refund request, a brief description of how the product failed to meet your expectations, and your certification that you have deleted all products and access links from your hard drive and temp files, including emails that contain links to such files.
My Tech Guru warrants all other products not listed above, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Performance Guarantee:
My Tech Guru also guarantees that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, products purchased from this web site will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers or copiers.
If damage is claimed to be due solely to a malfunction of a My Tech Guru supplied product, My Tech Guru will dispatch a technician to repair the printer or copier, and/or the product will be replaced at the sole discretion of My Tech Guru.
If the problem is determined not to be the result of a malfunction of a My Tech Guru supplied product, the customer is responsible for the full amount of the repair to the printer or copier and/or the cost of the replacement product.
In the instance when a My Tech Guru supplied product did not cause the malfunction of the printer or copier, customer will be invoiced for the amount of the repair and/or the replacement product.
My Tech Guru utilizes an affiliated network of national service providers for most repairs. Service and repair is available in most areas of the United States.
Return Policy for Defective Product:
Return of the defective product is required. Customer must receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) from My Tech Guru in order to return the defective product. Click Here for RMA instructions and online request form.
Any sign of tampering with the product by non-My Tech Guru personnel will void this return policy.
If the product is found not be defective, customer will be invoiced for the entire cost to replace the product.
Customer may choose:
Return the defective product to My Tech Guru, or the warehouse address provided by My Tech Guru. My Tech Guru will replace the defective product with a like kind product upon receipt of the defective product.
Request an exchange product before My Tech Guru receives the defective product. My Tech Guru will send a replacement product to the customer, immediately upon customer request. If My Tech Guru does not receive the defective product within 10 days of shipping the replacement product, customer will be invoiced for the entire cost of the replacement product.
Customer may also elect to receive store credit from My Tech Guru. Upon receipt of the defective product, My Tech Guru will issue store credit to the customer in the form of a discount voucher or coupon.
Incorrect Orders:
Incorrect orders will be accepted for return at the sole discretion of My Tech Guru.
If incorrect orders are accepted for return, My Tech Guru will provide in-store credit toward future orders.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any such laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties shall endeavor to select a mutually acceptable arbitrator knowledgeable about issues relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event the parties are unable to agree to such a selection, each party will select an arbitrator and the arbitrators in turn shall select a third arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place at a location that is reasonably centrally located between the parties, or otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties. All documents, materials, and information in the possession of each party that are in any way relevant to the claim(s) or dispute(s) shall be made available to the other party for review and copying no later than sixty (60) days after the notice of arbitration is served. The arbitrator(s) shall not have the authority, power, or right to alter, change, amend, modify, add, or subtract from any provision of this Agreement or to award punitive damages. The arbitrator shall have the power to issue mandatory orders and restraining orders in connection with the arbitration. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court having jurisdiction. The agreement to arbitration shall be specifically enforceable under prevailing arbitration law. During the continuance of any arbitration proceeding, the parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement.
Finance Charges and Taxes:
In addition to all other legal rights and remedies, a finance charge computed at a periodic rate of 1.5% per month (18% Annual Percentage rate) will be applied to all past due accounts. In addition to the agreement price, customer shall reimburse My Tech Guru for any present or future sales, use, excise, value added, or other similar tax that is deemed applicable to this agreement or My Tech Guru invoice. Customer shall provide My Tech Guru with tax exemption evidence, if the customer claims to have tax exempt status.
