Most common printer maintenance and repairs can be completed using fairly common tools. There are companies that sell very high quality tools, packed in a "suit case" sized case, that sells for hundreds of dollars. In our own experience, there has only been a couple instances where we required a tool that was somewhat specialized over the last several years. That represents thousands of service calls.
